Shu Ling, a qualified pharmacist with experience in both online and community settings, took her dedication further by working as a locum across a range of pharmacies.
This broadened her perspective and deepened her understanding of what truly matters in patient care. Now also a qualified independent prescriber, she’s steadily laying the foundation for safe, thoughtful private services—always guided by a patient-first mindset and tailored care that goes beyond NHS prescriptions.

Ratna brings a wealth of hands-on experience across the pharmacy landscape—from online services to traditional high street pharmacies and hospital settings. He has worked closely with care homes and domiciliary patients, and previously led operations as a pharmacy manager. This all-round perspective equips him to support patients—including the most vulnerable—at different stages of their healthcare journey. His focus on trust, compassion, and clear communication continues to shape how we care for every individual.
